Cheat mode:
Press Up, Down, X, R, A, Y, B, A, B, Y at the Paramount Pictures logo. The game will start in cheat mode. Photos of the developers will appear in various locations. You can hold Select and press Left to remove all enemies. Hold Select and press Down to go back a room. Hold Select and press Up to advance a room.
