Cheats for Tetris Attack SNES
Tetris Attack
Rivals:
Select two player mode, choose the Vs. option, hold L + R on controllers one and two, and press A on controller two. To cancel, repeat the code and press B on controller two instead of A.
Challenge mode:
Select one player mode, choose the Vs. option and the hard difficulty level. Hold L + Up and press A or Start. The screen will turn red to confirm correct code entry.
Expert mode:
Press B, A, L(2) when Yoshi appears and says ‘Nintendo’ in the opening sequence. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Bonus characters:
Hold L + R on controllers one and two for approximately five seconds at the player vs. player character selection screen. The question marks at the bottom of the player vs. player character selection screen will be replaced by images of the bosses.
Play as rescued characters:
Start single player versus mode game against the CPU. Defeat Lakitu and hold X + Y when the phrase confirming that he is free appears. A character selection screen will appear. This may be done after defeating each character.
Final battle on hardest difficulty:
Enter S6DJNB72 as a password.
Harder puzzles:
Enter FP5D29J! as a password. The background will turn dark blue to confirm correct entry.
In-game reset:
Press Select + Start + A + B during game play.
Move around:
When in single player versus mode and you are not playing, hold Select and use the D-pad to move around.
Play in demo mode in the How To Improve area:
Enter the main menu and select ‘How to Improve’. Then, select either chains, combos or skill chains. You will now see the demo screen for your option. Choose a demo while holding L + R. When the pointer moves, it will be under your control. If you release L or R, it will go back to CPU control.
Alternate ending sequence:
Successfully complete the game using no continues.
Hint: Make Gargantua Blarg blink:
Go to any mode and choose Gargantua Blarg. Press A or B and you will notice that he blinks. Note: This may work for some other characters.
