Level select:
Pause game play and press Up, Left, Up, Left, Up, Left(3), Right(3), Down, Left, Down, Left, Down, B.

In the Japanese version of the game, enter RS018 as a name, then hold Select + Y + R until the level selection menu appears.

In the PAL version of the game, enter RH018 as a name, then hold Select + Y + R until the level selection menu appears.

Invincibility:
Pause game play and press A, Y, A, Y, L, R, L, R, X, B(2).

Extra continues:
Pause game play and press A, B, Y, X, R, L, Up, Down, Right, A(3).

Restore energy:
Pause game play and press Select, A, Y, A, Y, X, B, X, B, R(2), Select.

Level 8 difficulty setting:
